I didn't plan this article, but as you know, sometimes I get spontaneous. When I see a signal that makes me stop.
Remember, on November 28, 2025, I wrote a piece about the Executive Order "Launching the Genesis Mission". At the time, the Executive Order had just been signed. It was less than a month ago.
I wrote that:
- science was being formally militarized,
- a sovereign intelligence infrastructure was being built at State scale,
- time was being used as a weapon,
- and that all structural markers of a Technofortress were already codified.
But at this stage, it was still lived on paper. With legal language and timelines.
And then, yesterday, December 18, 2025, the U.S. Department of Energy published the announcement that removes any remaining doubt.
Out of curiosity, I went to the Department of Energy's website. And I found this:

To be honest, the website explains very little. BUT, it exists and this is not a communication detail. It signals permanence and operational maturity. Something that is meant to exist and be interfaced with.
Yes, by definition, a website is an interface. It's miminal, you can't question or debate, but you can leave your email. The site positions Genesis as:
- national,
- infrastructural,
- inevitable.
There is no conditional language or hypothesis... No "if".
With this new signal, we can now reassess what has changed and what has not.
What changed since November, and what did not
The DOE announcement confirms three things:
1- The Genesis Mission is not just a concept anymore.
