This work is not public.
It is not scalable.
It is not for exploration.
Scope
I work with a very limited number of individuals at any given time.
These are leaders facing:
- irreversible decisions,
- asymmetric information,
- strategic exposure across systems, cultures, or jurisdictions,
- moments where timing and perception matter more than consensus.
Who this is for
I advise a small number of principals each year:
- founders and senior executives with final decision authority
- global leaders operating across finance, energy, technology, health, security
- high-net-worth individuals exposed to complex negotiations, influence dynamics, or sensitive environments
What they share is not ambition, but responsibility.
They understand that power requires clarity, restraint, and accuracy.
What this work focuses on
This advisory work engages when stakes are high and clarity is scarce. Typical situations include:
- Decisions with no clear precedent
When existing frameworks, advisors, or benchmarks no longer apply, and the cost of error is asymmetric. - Conflicting signals and unreliable information
When narratives, incentives, and interests distort what is visible, and you need to determine what actually matters and what can be ignored. - High-pressure negotiations or strategic interactions
Where timing, perception, and unspoken dynamics matter more than formal positions or declared intentions. - Exposure to influence, manipulation, or strategic ambiguity
When responsibility is diffuse, attribution is unclear, and actions must remain deniable or discreet. - Moments of acceleration or rupture
Market shifts, political instability, internal fractures, reputational risk, or sudden changes in the operating environment. - Situations requiring silence rather than visibility
When acting publicly would degrade leverage, and restraint is a strategic choice.
In practice, this work involves
- reconstructing the actual structure of the situation (actors, incentives, constraints, blind spots)
- identifying second- and third-order effects before they materialize
- stress-testing options under realistic scenarios, not ideal assumptions
- clarifying what must be decided now, what can wait, and what should not be touched
The objective is not to provide answers. It is to prevent misalignment between perception, decision, and consequences.
How it works
- One private session per week (90 minutes): focused, direct, fully tailored to the situation at hand.
- Encrypted access between sessions: response within 12 hours when timing matters.
- Restricted materials: frameworks, analytical tools, and strategic notes not available publicly.
- Optional in-person work: immersive sessions or targeted interventions, depending on context and geography.
Minimum engagement: 3 months
Confidentiality: absolute
