The United States has just restored the name Department of War.

A single word. But if you follow my work, you know that language is never neutral, it's a weapon.
At first glance, nothing changes.
The bureaucracy is the same.
The generals are the same.
The budgets are already colossal.
And yet, this is precisely what the butterfly effect (in complexity theory) teaches us: small changes in initial conditions can cascade into massive systemic transformations!
A word today, a paradigm tomorrow.
Think about it:
- Defense implied protection, reaction, the idea of being attacked first.
- War embraces force, projection, initiative.
This move is an ontological move: a redefinition of reality.
And a shift in how a superpower defines itself.
The Quantum Framework View
Through my Quantum Framework™, the analysis looks different. I analyze the world through a new lens. Because I understood that the old mental models no longer work. Classical frameworks collapse and failed to explain today's reality and its complexity. So I built my own grid, one that doesn’t explain the world as we wish it to be, but as it is.
To see through illusion.
To map power.
To predict shifts before they surface.
And to this day, it's the most complete lens to read the world as it unfolds in the Grey Zone.
So let's get back to the DoD becoming DoW, through the Quantum Framework and its 7 dimensions:
