1. If it's ONLY a course: you'll receive an email with your access to the learning platform. You'll have to use your email and a password.
2. If you purchased the Grey Zone (as a reader only). You almost don't have to do anything. You confirm your email, and you're signed in. Whenever you're signed out, just click on sign in. You'll receive a login link by email exclusively. You'll receive ALL emails with uncensored access to all of it.
3. If you purchased the Premium Grey Zone, you'll receive an email with all your accesses: the courses, the Grey Zone platform. And a recap on your welcome page

Yes. As soon as your payment is confirmed, access is granted instantly. Depending on your purchase, you can start exploring your courses, the vault, and any content included in your plan right away.

It depends on your purchase:

• If you bought a course individually (one-time payment), you have lifetime access.
• If you joined via a subscription, access is available as long as your membership is active.

Anyways forever is relative. I'm going to die one day, and you too. I can't commit "forever".

Yes. All memberships are non-binding and can be canceled anytime from your billing account settings. You’ll still have access until the end of your current billing period.

Yes. You can switch plans at any time directly from your account. Changes will apply at the next billing cycle.

No. All subscriptions renew automatically, but you can cancel anytime with one click.

No. Your membership is personal and non-transferable. Sharing your access may result in your account being suspended.

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Apple Pay and PayPal may be available depending on your country and the product. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Yes. You can download it from your billing account.

Check your bank account first of all. Then check your billing account. If there is a problem, contact us with the transaction ID, we’ll verify and fix it.

You can manage your payment details directly from your billing account.

This can happen for a few reasons (3D Secure issues, expired card, limits reached, etc.). Try again with another card or browser. If it still doesn’t work, contact your bank.

Because our products are digital and accessible immediately, we do not offer refunds. However, if you believe there has been a mistake or technical problem, we encourage you to write to us. We handle every case personally and with care.

The system will retry the payment up to 3 times. If it still fails, your access will be temporarily suspended until the issue is resolved. You can update your payment method at any time from your account settings.

This feature is not yet available. You can cancel anytime and re-subscribe when you’re ready.

Yes. All transactions are encrypted and processed by trusted third-party providers. We do not store your payment details on our servers.

Is the content relevant for someone outside Europe / the US?
OF COURSE! While rooted in Western strategic thinking, the Grey Zone approach is global, and many insights apply across cultures, especially in business, intelligence, and leadership. Oriane draws from her own life story and family (multicultural background) as well as her experience in diverse environments, from conflict zones to boardrooms, to offer content that transcends borders.

All courses are in English (with an accent). If you're uncomfortable with Oriane's french accent... so just don't take the courses. Just don't be here. It's unnecessary. The language is accessible, and professionally written. Transcripts or subtitles may be available for select lessons.

There’s no strict order, each course is autonomous. But if you're new here, we recommend starting with:

3. Then explore based on your needs (Negotiation, Insider Threats, etc.)
   A guided roadmap is available inside your dashboard if you need clarity.

You may use what you learn to enrich your team’s thinking, but you may not redistribute the content itself. For group licensing or internal training packages, contact us for a private offer.

Yes. The Grey Zone is about how power, perception, and influence work — in any human environment. If you make decisions, navigate ambiguity, or deal with people… it’s for you.

No. Videos are only accessible via the learning platform. This ensures protection of the content and maintains the integrity of your experience. Unauthorized downloading, recording, or distribution of the material is strictly prohibited. Any misuse, theft, or attempt to copy the content may lead to legal action. We actively monitor and protect our intellectual property.

If you purchased a course individually, access is lifetime.

If you’re a Grey Zone+ member, you have unlimited access for as long as your subscription is active. If you cancel your subscription, access ends at the end of your billing period.

Yes. Grey Zone+ members get access to all new courses automatically, before they’re even available to the public. We usually release 2-4 new courses per year.

Yes, for most courses, you can request a certificate after completing all modules. These are not accredited diplomas, but they prove you’ve completed a professional training in strategic intelligence methods.

If you're a Grey Zone+ member, you can join monthly live Q&A sessions. For individual course buyers, we currently don’t offer personalized feedback, but you're always welcome to upgrade to get access to the full experience.

Courses are self-paced and designed to be complete on their own. However, Oriane offers limited 1:1 advisory for premium members and private clients. This is a customized service and requires a certain investment.

All content is written and created by Oriane. These are original ideas, born from her field experience, strategic observations, and hours of deep reflection. Nothing is outsourced. Nothing is generic. This is not content designed to please the algorithm. It’s crafted to sharpen your mind.

Yes, AI is used - not to write, but to refine. Like a calculator helps a mathematician, AI helps with syntax checks, clarity, or structure. Ignoring such tools today would be inefficient. But make no mistake: the ideas, the voice, and the insight are 100% Oriane.

No. All content is exclusive to members. You may quote short excerpts (with attribution), but full reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited. We actively monitor unauthorized use and will take legal action when necessary.

Start with the basics: try opening the page in a private or incognito window, clear your browser cache, check your connection etc. Make sure you’re using an up-to-date browser (Chrome or Safari recommended). If the problem persists, send us an email with a screenshot and a description of the issue.

The video won’t play / is slow to load.
This is usually due to a poor internet connection.
Try switching to a different network, closing other tabs or devices, or lowering video quality in your player settings. If none of this works, contact us and we’ll investigate.

Check your spam and promotions folder first. If it’s not there within 10 minutes, wait a little longer or try resetting your password. Still stuck? Send us a message and we’ll help you manually.

Don’t worry. If you've been charged twice, send us the confirmation emails or transaction IDs, we’ll sort it out and refund the duplicate.

Yes, replays of live events are uploaded in your member area within 48–72 hours.

This usually means:

• Your subscription ended
• You’re trying to access a restricted product
• You’re logged in under the wrong email

If this is not the case, and you believe this is an error - please contact us and we’ll sort it out.

Oriane is active in the community, she'll probably answer but she’s not available for 1:1 chat constantly. You can submit your questions by email, or inside the designated channel. She replies selectively, with precision and impact.
