I advise a limited number of organizations and principals operating in environments where conventional decision frameworks no longer hold.

I work with 3 to 5 organizations per year on long-term strategic mandates.

• and decisions must be taken without full visibility.

This is applied strategic intelligence. Not traditional "consulting".
