Decision interventions

Two surgical formats. One objective: clarity under pressure.

I read situations without the usual social filters when a decision has to be made and nothing fully holds.

People come to me when:
- something feels wrong but they can't locate it
- a person's behavior stops making sense
- a deal looks aligned on paper but not in reality
- everyone around them says "it's fine" and they no longer trust the consensus

Ultimately, they don't need more analysis. They need to decide.

My work is about confrontation with reality.

I break down the situation and look at who wants what, where the leverage is, what is being hidden, avoided, or distorted, which assumptions are false and where you are lying to yourself inside the situation.

I will tell you directly if I think:
- you are misreading someone
- your positioning is weak
- the negotiation is collapsing
- the incentives are broken
- or the situation should be abandoned entirely

This is about removing enough distortion to make the right move. Clients pay to decide. You leave with a decision you can act on - fast.

Decision brief (written report)

€500 · Delivered in 48 hours · Asynchronous

You send a problematic situation, in return, you receive a structured decision brief, delivered by email.

Inside:
- a clear framing of what is actually happening (fact vs interpretation)
- key actors and their incentives
- where perception is distorted
- pressure/leverage points and hidden dynamics
- exposure of critical blind spots
- the real options available to you
- a decision path

The objective is simple: clarify the situation before you act.

Submit your situation

Strategic Consultation with me

€900 · 45 minutes video-call

45 minutes to work through a situation in real time. I question you, I challenge your assumptions, I push where it doesn't hold.

We don't "talk things through". We do three things:

1. Clarify the situation
Separate facts from interpretation

2. Break the structure
Actors, incentives, contradictions, hidden dynamics and blind spots

3. Reposition you
What you do next and why

You leave with:
- a corrected understanding of the situation
- your wrong assumptions identified
- a decision you can act on immediately

Expect to be challenged. You may not like the outcome.

How it works

Before any intervention, you submit your situation through a structured form.

You will be asked to:
- describe facts AND give your interpretation
- identify actors and stakes
- define the decision you need to make

This is part of the process. The quality of your input determines the quality of the output.

Confidentiality & standard

All information is strictly confidential. This process requires precision and honesty. Incomplete or vague submissions will not produce a reliable outcome.

Submissions covering multiple situations will not be processed.

This is for you if

- you operate in complex environments where things are not explicit
- you sense a gap between what is said and what is real
- you need clarity before acting

Not for you if

- you want general advice
- you are looking for reassurance

Most decisions are made with partial understanding.

Sometimes it works.
Sometimes it doesn't.

If you are here, you already know which one this is.
