You are operating in environments that distort your intelligence. Over time, your perception accumulates layers:
- fatigue, stress, physiological limits
- constant information flows
- filtered inputs (your assistants, advisors, teams, tools and AI)
- power dynamics, invisible constraints and loyalties, emotional attachments
Individually, none of this is new. Together, they compound.
You drift away from reality without noticing it.
And this creates a dangerous gap: you are making decisions based on a reality that is already filtered.
The effects are not immediate. They accumulate: bad hires, misread partners or investors, delayed moves, false confidence, missed signals. Most of the time, you only see it once it's already cost you.
The problem is... you don't have a space to correct this.
No one is observing how you think while you make decisions. Not even yourself. And when you try to "train" or learn from an expert: it's too safe, it's simulated, it's disconnected from reality.
So it doesn't transfer.
It's either real and unstructured.
Or structured, but not real.
If you want to perform under uncertainty, you have to be placed inside uncertainty.
I built the space that didn't exist.
A controlled environment, inside your real decisions where:
- you are exposed to real stakes
- your thinking is observed in real time
- your distortions are identified as they happen
- and you are forced to act under constraint
This is no longer theoretical.
Military and intelligence organizations are actively working on cognitive warfare, human-AI interaction risks, degradation of judgment and decision making under pressure.
They are deploying massive budgets. But their approach is: model-based, research-driven. At scale, the problem is recognized.
But it is not solved at the level where it actually matters: the individual, in real situations, with real stakes.
That is where I work.

I work at the exact point where perception and action break down:
- where you misread
- and where you hesitate to act
Most of the time, you don't see where distortion starts. I do. I identify where information is missing, distorted or misinterpreted - before it affects your decisions.
Seeing clearly is never the real problem.
You fail because acting has a cost you avoid. That psychological cost looks like that:
- confronting a key person you depend on
- walking away from a deal you've already rationalized
- making a decision that creates immediate instability
So you delay.
You rationalize.
You adapt to the distortion.
We increase your capacity to tolerate conflict, lose approval, accept short-term instability and ACT even under internal discomfort.
Because without that, perception is useless.
How the work is structured
The work includes:
➔ direct access to me (Signal)
➔ ongoing exchanges in real situations
➔ weekly deep session (90 min) focused on decisions in progress, complex situations, crises and friction points
➔ 1 to 3 in-person meetings with engineered situations.
Reality: We work on your actual decisions, in real time.
Nothing is abstract. Everything has consequences.
Enginereed conditions: When something cannot be observed directly, I introduce pressure, ambiguity, or constraints - inside your environment — to reveal it. This is not simulation. It is controlled exposure to reality.
You are not learning concepts. You are seeing yourself think and decide, in real time.
The process
The process is structured but not linear. It adapts to you, your environment and what your reality will expose.
Mapping → Deconstruction → Exposure → Reconstruction → Integration
I will use questioning, contradiction, and will expose your inconsistencies. When needed, I will use pressure and constraint too. When something is missing, I create conditions to reveal it.
No two clients go through the same process.
1. Decision-making psychology: how you interpret situations, how you form decisions, where you're being influenced, and where you drift.
2. Human dynamics: how people interact, influence, how to read people, understand power, loyalty, and intent.
3. IR and macro context: No leader operates in isolation. Your decisions are shaped by geopolitical shifts, economic dynamics, narrative environments and systemic pressure.
What this produces:
Over time:
- higher tolerance for difficult decisions
- fewer avoided actions
- fewer costly misreads
- faster pattern recognition
- earlier detection of weak signals
- more stable decisions under pressure
You make fewer errors where it actually matters.
You will question: people you trusted, assumptions you relied on and the decisions you would normally take without hesitation.
This is not a side effect.

Typical profiles include: VCs, UHNWIs, founders, CEOs, operators, investors, leaders in critical industries (tech, finance, energy, defense, health...).
Questioning your own perception requires a level of humility that is rare at this level of leadership.
In practice: many leaders resist this step. Particularly those attached to their current perception of control. If you cannot recognize that your perception may be partially distorted, this work is obviously not for you.
This work fails with individuals who:
- avoid exposing real situations and constraints
- delegate their thinking
- refuse to act when the cost becomes personal
Engagement conditions
This work requires a high level of commitment throughout the duration of the work.
- strict confidentiality on both sides
- full transparency on your situations and decision-making processes
- willingness to expose constraints, uncertainty and blind spots
⚠ If you filter what you share, the work does not function.
The process involves friction, uncertainty and cognitive pressure.
In some cases, you may designate a trusted individual. Their role is limited to supporting specific situations or exercises. It is always defined in advance, limited in scope, and done with your full awareness and consent.
This is high-contact work. You have access to me when needed, within defined boundaries. Not unlimited.
You remain fully responsible for your decisions, actions and outcomes.
The maximum duration of this work is 6 months. Beyond that, the nature of the work would change, because I operate directly inside your architecture of perception. Extending that influence indefinitely would create dependency, over-correction and a certain loss of autonomy.
The objective is the opposite: restore clarity, then step back.
